Mountain biking is very popular in La Valle Agordina, as for the other Municipalities of the Conca Agordina; several MTB Guides and enthusiasts are active on site, caring for the MTB trails of the area and offering rental service, lessons and support services.

In Winter, the Municipality prepares a snow track on the road that connects Conaggia to Folega and Foca, suitable for ski mountaineering; always in the hamlet of Conaggia, nearby the soccer field, there’s a nice ice skating rink, open to everybody, with lighting system and rental store.

The Passo Duran, located between Mount Moiazza and the San Sebastiano Group towards the Municipality of Val di Zoldo, is a popular place among cyclists and motorcyclists.

The Forcella Moschesin Military Fort was built by the Reign of Italy starting in the second half of the 19th Century; it was conceived as a strategic military post for the defence against possible Austrian-Hungarian and German assaults in the view of the tightening of the diplomatic relations with them at that time. The Moschesin Fort was part of the so-called “Yellow Line”, a strategic military boundary that interested Dolomitic valleys of the Cordevole (Agordino), the Maè (Val di Zoldo) and the Boite (Cortina d’Ampezzo). Forcella Moschesin had a huge defensive meaning in this project, allowing long-range weapons to maximize their range and defende the Alpine military front. The construction ended in 1912, ready for the Great War; after the Battle of Caporetto, the Italian Army blow it up in order to prevent the invasors to use it, but most of the structure remained functional. Today, this military building is a stage of the Alta Via delle Dolomiti n.1 and is still visible in Forcella Moschesin. It is furthermore the starting point of the historical path”La Montagna Dimenticata“.
