Agordino
Come join us in the Heart of the Dolomites!
The Agordino area (corresponding to the basin of the Cordevole stream and the institutional territory of the Unione Montana Agordina, Province of Belluno, Veneto Region) is made up of 16 wonderful Municipalities located in the geographical heart of the Dolomites UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. It is a territory, unique in the context of the Dolomites, where Nature and Man still coexist peacefully, in a harmonious and bucolic relationship that has few equals. With a very low impact of man on the environment, limited and discrete residential areas, no interest in developing mass tourism (preferring a more passionate and educated type of tourism, able to appreciate its uniqueness) and many, many peaks of the Dolomites UNESCO (4 of the 9 official systems), Agordino is the ideal destination for those who really love the Dolomites and are not looking for the usual and obvious commercial mix, but rather for Nature in all its amazing beauty. If you are looking for the Dolomites in their true essence, the Agordino is the part of the UNESCO World Heritage area that best suits you!
